📦 Return & Refund Eligibility

• We charge our assignment or consultation fees only after a successful deal is completed between the parties involved.
• Once a deal is finalized and our role in facilitating it is completed, no refunds will be issued.
• Requests for refunds will only be considered before the completion of any agreement or service engagement.

Note: We do not provide refunds for successfully delivered services where the connection, negotiation, or agreement between parties has been executed and accepted.

🔄 Return Process (Pre-Deal Only)

If you wish to cancel a service before a deal is finalized, please contact us at [email protected] with the following:

• Your Order or Reference Number
• A brief reason for cancellation

Our support team will assess your request and inform you if it qualifies for cancellation or store credit.

💳 Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
